THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.24670 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to declare the action of the respondents in continuing the Rowdy Sheet, though no crimes/cases are pending against the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to close the Rowdy Sheet pending against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of WP.No.23184 of 2018 by its order dated 25-07-2018.

In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the said order, the writ petition is also disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make representation to the competent authority, if not already filed and the competent authority is directed to consider the same and take action in accordance with law within a period of (4) weeks from the date of representation. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
