THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI CONTEMPT CASE No.1752 OF 2019 O R D E R :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents informed the Court that pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.2094 of 2018, dt.16.04.2019, the case of the petitioner was considered and rejected vide order dated 08.11.2019 and the Contempt Case may be closed. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Contempt Case is closed. However, the petitioner is given liberty to challenge the rejection orders dated 08.11.2019, if he is so advised. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
