This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 03.07.2018 passed in I.A.No.36 of 2017 in O.S.No.40 of 2013 on the file of the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Narayanpet, Mahabubnagar District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. 3.
