HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No. 1786 of 2018 ORDER:

The present Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act alleging that the respondents have willfully and deliberately disobeyed the order dated 21.03.2018 passed in W.P.No.9229 of 2018. At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Services, submits that the order has been complied with and no furthers orders are required. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner did not dispute the same.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
