THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.3227 of 2012 ORDER:

The learned counsel for the revision petitioner filed a letter before the Registry stating that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the revision further as the subject matter of the revision has been compromised at the intervention of the disinterested mediators. A request was also made to list the revision 'For Withdrawal'.

Hence, the matter came up today under the caption "For Withdrawal'. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner is present. He seeks permission to withdraw the revision.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this revision shall stand dismissed.
