ORDER
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief;
"to issue a writ or direction preferably Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.3 in not proceeding with the investigation and registering FIR on the basis of the complaints submitted by the petitioner dated 19.04.2014 and 31.03.2015 and also representation submitted to respondent No.2 dated 16.04.2015 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct respondent No.3 to proceed with the investigation by registering the crime on the basis of said complaint submitted by the petitioner".
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home for respondents 1 to 3.

Today, when the matter is called, written instructions furnished by the SubInspector of Police, Suryapet Rural Police Station, Nalgonda District, dated 04.06.2015, to the Office of the learned Government Pleader for Home have been placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. In the said instructions, it is stated that Smt Gandrakoti Bargava Laxmi represented by her GPA Holder G. Krishna Yadav, the petitioner herein, lodged a complaint on 19.04.2014 and 13.05.2015 against respondents 4 to 7 herein. It is further stated that on 16.04.2015, the petitioner herein lodged the same complaint through post to the Superintendent of Police, Nalgonda and the same was sent to the Circle Inspector of Police, Suryapet vide C.No.1830/G2/15 dated 30.04.2015, and after receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, the respondents-police advised her to approach the concerned civil Court as the matter related to boundary disputes. The said instructions further state that the allegations against the respondents-police are false and baseless.
4. On noticing the said instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to record the said instructions and to keep it open for the petitioner to avail the remedies open as per law.
5. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is closed, by recording the instructions referred to supra while keeping it open to the petitioner to avail the remedies available as per law. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. _____________ A.V.SESHA SAI 9th June, 2015 sj
