This revision, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner aggrieved by the action of the learned XXVI Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad in not disposing of O.P.No.2161 of 2014.

Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioner and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the revision petitioner would contend that repeatedly arguments were heard in the subject O.P.No.2161 of 2014, however, it is not yet disposed of. It is also contended that on 06.11.2019 arguments of the respondents were heard partly and it was posted for "for further arguments of the respondents".

Under these circumstances, learned XXVI Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, is directed to dispose of O.P.No.2161 of 2014, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No costs.
