This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/defendant aggrieved by the pendency of I.A.No.960 of 2016 in O.S.No.179 of 2014 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Tirupati. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Since this Court is not going into the merits of the case, it may not be necessary to issue notice to the respondent/plaintiff.

The present revision is filed questioning the pendency of aforementioned I.A., filed to set aside the ex parte decree dated 04.09.2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though counter has been filed in the month of November, 2016, till date no order has been passed, hence seeks a direction to dispose of the aforesaid I.A., at the earliest.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Tirupati, to dispose of I.A.No.960 of 2016 in O.S.No.179 of 2014, in accordance with law, as early as possible preferably within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
