Heard.
2. Petitioner alleges that he is cable TV operator and carries on business in providing cable TV network to various villages mentioned in the prayer. Alleging that respondent police are interfering with the said business of the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed.
3. Instructions of the learned Government Pleader, however,
state that petitioner is eking out his livelihood by operating cable TV Network and managing the cable TV connections in the villages. However, the allegations of the petitioner that police are interfering with his business activities etc. are totally denied. Respondents, therefore, state that unnecessary allegations are made against the police though there is no interference.
4. In view of the said categorical statement of the respondents that they are not interfering with the petitioner's cable TV business, no further directions are required.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
