THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 13819 OF 2014 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to enable the writ petitioner to approach the management of the A.P.S.R.T.C. for early settlement of the terminal benefits that accrue, since her husband, the original writ petitioner has died. Permission is accorded.

Preserving the said liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
