HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.24627 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.Gade Venkateswara Rao for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. The petitioner aggrieved by change of extent in 1-B and Adangal has filed the present writ petition.

To illustrate the grievance, it is stated that in the place of Ac.5-63 cents in Sy.No.198-3A, the 4th respondent shows the extent held by petitioner as Ac.2-81 cents.

The Assistant Government Pleader places on record written instructions dated 17.07.2018.

The written instructions refer to enquiring into the representation filed by petitioner and also the objections made by one Kondu Chinnakka W/ o.Chinna Venkataiah and passing appropriate orders under ROR Act.

The writ petition is disposed of by this order. (a) The petitioner is given liberty to file reply forthwith before 4th respondent.

(b) The 4th respondent considers the reply filed by petitioner and passes appropriate orders in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
