THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.13492 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard Sri C.Damodar Reddy for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner may be given liberty to avail the remedy of appeal against the order impugned in the writ petition before the 4th respondent along with a petition to condone the delay in filing the appeal and a petition for interim order. Liberty as prayed for is granted.

The petitioner by enclosing a copy of this order files an appeal along with a petition to condone the delay and a petition for interim order within two weeks from today. If an appeal is filed before the 4th respondent, as stated herein, the appellate authority is directed to consider and pass orders on the delay application and on the application seeking interim order within four weeks thereafter. The parties are directed to maintain status-quo as on today in all aspects for a period of five weeks from today. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
