HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.28117 of 2019 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent - Corporation.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "... to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in acquiring the land without due process of law is arbitrary, illegal and in violation of Article 14, 300-A and Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in the interest of justice."

Learned Standing counsel submits that the 3rd respondent will consider the representation dated 07.10.2019 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders. Taking the said submission into consideration, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent - Corporation to consider the representation dated 07.10.2019 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders as per law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
