This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned tender notice vide SE/APEWIDC/HYD/NIT/331/201617 dated 23.09.2016 issued by the third respondent, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the very purpose of filing the writ petition has become infructuous. 3.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, no purpose will be served by keeping the writ petition pending.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
