THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY SECOND APPEAL No.1208 of 2012 JUDGMENT:

The learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the second appeal, in view of the compromise effected between the parties out of the Court. A letter dated 27.11.2017 to that effect was addressed to the Registrar (Judicial). Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the second appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this second appeal shall stand closed.
