The petitioner prays for the following relief: "...writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondent No. 1 & 2 herein in not conducting investigation affectively and promptly as per the criminal law in crime No. 212 of 2012 of P.S. Bhongir Town for the offence U/s. 420 IPC and failing to provide protection to the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory and violation of victim protection laws and consequentially it is also prayed that the Hon'ble court may be pleased to direct the Respondent No. 2 & 3 herein to provide their protection..."

The Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed in C.C. No.94 of 2013.

In view of the subsequent developments, no further order is necessary.
