Sri P. Vamshidhar Reddy, learned counsel appearing for respondent places on record, the letter dated 07/11/2015, addressed by the petitioner to the Joint Sub-Registrar-I, Karimnagar, wherein in obedience to the orders of this Court dated 21/11/2014, document No.459/1997 has been surrendered for further action by the Sub-Registrar as directed by this Court, the compliance of the court order suffers from inordinate delay and act of negligence.

2. Having regard to the submissions of Sri P.Vamshidhar Reddy, I propose to

close the contempt case by accepting his submissions.

3. Contempt Case is closed. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
