This criminal petition is filed for quash of the proceedings in Cr.No.313 of 2013, against the petitioner, who is A2, on the file of the Station House Officer, Madhapur Police Station, Cyberabad.

The offences alleged are under Sections 406, 420, 423, 425, 447, 506, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

The learned Public Prosecutor produced a letter addressed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Madhapur Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate dated 29.10.2018 stating that the case ended in acquittal on 05.10.2017.
