Smt.Kunja Venkamma , Rachamalla Venkamma And ANR v. Smt.Ravva Buchamma
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.VENKATESHWARA REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.6050 OF 2010 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Perused the proceedings dated 03.11.2022, wherein, it is mentioned that the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that notice of respondent No.2 is sent from their office and it is yet to be returned. Accordingly, the matter was directed to be listed with a condition that no further adjournments will be granted for filing proof. However, it is submitted by the learned counsel that no such notice is sent from their office and by over sight such submissions were made on 03.11.2022.
2. Perused the records. This Civil Revision Petition is filed assailing the orders in IA.No.58 of 2010 in EP.No.19 of 2006 in OS.No.23 of 1996 before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Mobile Court at Bhadrachalam. On the perusal of the averments of the supporting affidavit in IA.No.58 of 2010 and the orders dated 11.10.2010, it appears police protection was given for enforcement of the orders in OS.No.23 of 1996.
3. In such circumstances, having regard to the fact that the order impugned is only passed for enforcement of the decree of permanent injunction in OS.No.23 of 1996, I do not find any merit to continue the matter. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.
4. In the circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to the costs.
5. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stands closed.
