ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside notice vide reference No.9280/E3/BDS/2011, dated 19.09.2011, of respondent No.2.

At the hearing, Sri A.Prabhakar Rao, learned Standing Counsel for Dr.N.T.R. University of Health Sciences, submitted that as the petitioners failed to clear all the subjects of Ist year B.D.S course within three years from the date of their admission, they have been discharged from the University.

Sri Gajanand Chakravarthy, the learned counsel for the petitioners, while agreeing with the said submission, submitted that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the above submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 25.11.2011, in WPMP.No.38662 of 2011 is vacated and WPMP.No.38662 of 2011 is dismissed as infructuous.
