When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for the appellants Smt. T.V. Sridevi sought time and the matter was passed over. Again, when the matter reached in the afternoon session at 03:17 PM, none represented the matter and conveniently avoided for the reasons best known to them, even though the appeal is listed under the caption 'For Dismissal'.

Hence, the second appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
