JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ appeal arises out of the interim order, dated 20.06.2016, in W.P.M.P.No.23898 of 2016 in W.P.No.19488 of 2016.

2. At the hearing, Mrs.Akella Padma, learned counsel for the appellant, has fairly submitted that this Court, vide judgment, dated 04.08.2016, dismissed W.A.No.647 of 2016, wherein identical issues were raised.

3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Appeal is also dismissed, with the direction that the observations contained in judgment, dated 04.08.2016, in W.A.No.647 of 2016, shall form part of this order.

8. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Appeal, W.A.M.P.No.1671 of 2016 filed by the appellant for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
