C.R.P.M.P.No.2745 of 2008 is filed to grant police protection for the effective enforcement of injunction dated 23.01.2007 in I.A.No.32 of 2007 in O.S.No.20 of 2007 on the file of the VII Additional District Judge (FTC), Visakhapatnam.

2. No representation is made on behalf of petitioners though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that petitioners are not interested to prosecute this case.

3. Hence, C.R.P.M.P.No.2745 of 2008 is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, C.R.P.No.2073 of 2008 is rejected.

4. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
