THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 5843 OF 2017 O R D E R :

This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in paying less than 5% commission on the bills to the petitioner-societies for supplying the man-power for sanitation works allotted and reserved in their favour.

The case of the petitioners is that the 1st petitioner society has submitted the representation dated 01.11.2015 to the 2nd respondent for payment of 5% commission as per the orders dated 23.11.2009, but no action has been taken thereon. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Sri S.D. Goud, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent Municipal Corporation.

Since the 1st petitioner has already submitted the representation dated 01.11.2015 to the 2nd respondent for payment of 5% commission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, it is directed that the 2nd respondent shall consider and pass appropriate final orders on the said representation within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is accordingly, disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
