THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 12797 OF 2017 O R D E R :

The proceedings dated 10.03.2017 of the 2nd respondent Prohibition & Excise Superintendent, Malkajgiri, by which the licence of the petitioner was suspended on the ground that the toddy was adulterated with diazepam, is under challenge in this Writ Petition.

Learned Government Pleader for Prohibition & Excise, on instructions, submits that after conducting an enquiry, the petitioner's licence was cancelled.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the said cancellation order.

The Writ Petition is therefore, dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the cancellation order. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
