THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SIJRENDER CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 8275 OF 2022 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C.") seeking to eniarge the petitioners/A2 & A.3 on bail in connection with Crime No.1OB2 of 2O2l on the file of Vanasthalipuram Police Station, Rahakonda, lor the offence punishable under Section 8(c) read with Section 2l(b)(II)(C) of NDPS Act, 1985 (Amendment Act, 2001).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, petitioners/Al & A2 are languishing in jail from 1g. 12.2O;2L. He further submits that the entire investigation is complete and charge sheet is also filed, hence, the petitioners/A2 & A3 can be granted bail.

In the said circumstances, to meet the ends ol justice the Trial Court i.e. XXIV Additional Metropolital Magistrate Cyberabad at Hayathnagar, is directed to fix schedule and complete trial within a period of four (04) months, failing which the petitioners/A2 & A3 would be at liberty to move for bail.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed off. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, sha-ll stand closed.
