THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR C.E.A.No. 37 of 2015 JUDGMENT: (per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) Mr. Pochiraju Rameswara Prasad, a learned lawyer not being engaged in the matter, asked for an adjournment on behalf of the engaged learned lawyer for the appellant.

However, Mr.P. Zubin, the learned counsel for the respondent, has submitted that the impugned common judgment and order was challenged before this Court earlier in appeals being C.E.A.Nos.2, 5, 6 and 9 of 2015 and this Court has been pleased to dismiss the appeals with reasons by judgment dated 04.03.2015.

It appears from the copy of the judgment passed in the connected appeals that the present appeal is a part of the batch matters in which a common judgment was rendered. Therefore, we do not think that any adjournment as sought for can be granted, as no hearing is required in this matter.

We accordingly dismiss the appeal. There will be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
