This Contempt Case, under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, is filed by the petitioners seeking to summon and punish the respondents for the deliberate and wilful disobedience of the order, dated 23.04.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.7758 of 2019.

Heard both sides and perused the record.

Learned Government Pleader for Home would submit that there are no laches as well as violation on the part of the respondents. He would also submit that the respondents have complied with the order, dated 23.04.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.7758 of 2019 and that counter is filed along with material papers. 4.

In view of the said submissions, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
