This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandam0us declaring the action of the 1st respondent in repatriating the petitioner to the parent department vide impugned Proceedings F.No.42/TSMSIDC/Estt/2015/1443, dated 03.11.2015 and consequential relieving orders Lr.No.F.No.42/Estt/TSMSIDC/2015, dated 13.01.2016 as highly illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law and consequentially, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to set aside impugned orders dated 03.11.2015 and 13.01.2016 and with a direction to continue the petitioner as Pharmacist Gr.II at 1st respondent on par with others and to pss such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit just and proper in the circumstances of the case."

When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for reddressal of the grievance of the petitioner, petitioner submitted a representation dated 07.01.2016 and the same may be directed to be disposed of by the third respondent by fixing some time frame. The said request is not opposed by the other side.

Recording the said submission, Writ Petition stands disposed of, without expressing any merits, demerits of the matter, entitlement of the petitioner, directing the third respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 07.01.2016 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
