No representation for the petitioners-accused Nos.2 to 4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that on charge sheet being filed, the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, has taken cognizance in C.C.No.409 of 2015, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous at admission stage.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
