HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT APPEAL No. 555 OF 2016 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This writ appeal is directed against the order, dated 04.03.2016, passed in WPMP.No.9135 of 2016 in W.P.No.7154 of 2016. The said order reads thus:

"It is the specific case of the petitioner that the material relief upon by R-2 before passing the order has not been supplied to the petitioner. The order passed by 2nd respondent has also been confirmed by 1st respondent. Since prima facie there appears violation of principles of natural justice, there shall be interim direction as prayed for."

We have heard learned counsel for the parties. Learned counsel for the parties have consented for the order that we propose to pass and fairly stated that we need not record reasons for the same. Hence, we dispose of the writ appeal with the following order: "The impugned order, dated 04.03.2016, passed in W.P.M.P.No.9135 of 2016 in W.P.No.7154 of 2016 is set aside. Learned Single Judge is requested to hear and dispose of writ petition expeditiously. It is open to the parties to apply for fixed date of hearing before learned Single Judge. All contentions on merits are kept open." Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of. _________________________
