Appellant/Plaintiff has filed O.S.No.4t of ZOO2 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Miryalaguda, for recovery of money. The trial Court decreed the suit. The unsuccessful defendant preferred appeal vide A.S.No.10 of 2004 wherein the appellate Court allowed the appeal, against which the second appeal has been filed. 2.
A perusal of the docket proceedings shows that the learned counsel for the appellant did not evince any interest to pursue the second appeal proceedings. On 08.0g.2023, as there was no representation on behalf of the learned counsel for the appellant, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal,. Even today also, there is no representation for the appellant. No purpose would be served in continuing the Second Appeal. 3.
