This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not receiving the application/gift deed with regard to Plot No.3 in survey no.108, Door No.3-25/1, admeasuring 293 square yards, situated in Chinagadili Village, Visakhapatnam, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court in similar circumstances disposed of WP.No.32889 of 2012 on 19.11.2012 and the same was followed in WP.No.25699 of 2015. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. A perusal of the order dated 19.11.2012 passed by this Court in WP.No.32889 of 2012 goes to show that the subject matter of the present writ petition is covered by the order in the aforesaid writ petition. In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 19.11.2012 passed by this Court in WP.No.32889 of 2012. No order as to costs.
