This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioner herein prays that the Hon'ble High Court may be pleaded to issue a Writ, Order or Direction one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not allowing the petitioner to Panchayat, Chandampeta Mandal, Nalgonda District, without any notice as arbitrary, illegal, unjust, unconstitutional and in violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue into service as Field Assistant of Yelamalamanda Gram Panchayat, Chandampeta Mandal, Nalgonda District, and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned Standing Counsel produced the proceedings dated 13.04.2017 of the District Collector and the District Rural Development Agency, Nalgonda District, terminating the services of the petitioner. Thus, no relief as sought for by petitioner can be granted.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy of appeal against the order of termination. No costs.
