Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the revision petition and to that effect, he has filed a letter dated 20.07.2017 in the Registry. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
