Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for Municipality appearing for the second respondent.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for second respondent-Municipality that if any action is warranted in the instant case, the second respondent-Municipality will issue a notice to all the stakeholders and proceed in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
