When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner had expired and in spite of his best efforts, he is not in a position to bring the legal representatives of the petitioner on record.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
