HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM APPEAL SUIT No.299 of 2005 ORDER:

It is represented by the learned counsel representing Sri K. Ananda Rao, learned counsel appearing for the appellants, that as per the information available, both the appellants have passed away about 2 to 3 years back and they also do not have any legal representations, to the best of his knowledge. His efforts to locate the legal representatives also had not produced any fruitful results. In those circumstances, he is enable to represent the case.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal Suit shall stand closed.
