HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7577 of 2013 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "... to issue a writ/s or order/s more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent Nos.1 and 2 pursuant to representation dated 07.03.2013 sent by the petitioner as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional."

During the course of arguments, learned Government Pleader placed on record written instructions dated 17.10.2019 issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Amberpet Police Station, Hyderabad.

From a perusal of the said written instructions, it is revealed that on enquiry of the representation given by the petitioner it is disclosed that the task force officials went to the house of the petitioner on 06.03.2013 in evening hours in order to cause enquiry with her brother, namely, Mosin Bin Hussain, who was an accused in Crime No.64 of 2013 under Section 25(1)(A) of Arms Act of Amberpet Police Station. In the said crime, accused No.1, Syed Ibrahim, was apprehended at Vardhaman Steel Shop, Zindatilishmath Road, Golnaka, Amberpet and accused No.2, Mosin Bin Hussain, i.e., the brother of the petitioner has escaped from the spot. As such, the task force police proceeded to the house of the petitioner to cause an enquiry about accused

No.2, who is her brother. It is also further mentioned in the written instructions that the above said case ended in acquittal vide C.C.No.1218 of 2015 dated 01.11.2016. After enquiry, the representation/petition given by the petitioner was also closed.

In the above said facts and circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition and the same is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
