Learned counsel for the petitioner filed a letter into Registry on 27-01-2015 stating that during pendency of the writ petition, the respondents 7 and 8 are compromised with the petitioner at the intervene of village elders and requested for withdrawal of the writ petition.

Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
