This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner / accused under Section 397 and 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code, aggrieved by the Orders dated 09.11.2009 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2889 of 2009 in C.C.No.341 of 2008 by the learned XX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

When the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision Case. 03.

In view of the above submission, permission is accorded, this Criminal Revision Case is liable to be dismissed as withdrawn.

Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. There is no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
