HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM I.A.No.1 of 2019 and A.S.No. 1003 of 2012 COMMON ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the appellants and learned counsel for the respondents.

The parties to the appeal filed I.A.No.1 of 2019 under order 23 Rule 3 read with Section 151 C.P.C. with a prayer to record the compromise and allow the appeal in terms thereof. The parties are present in the Court and produced their respective identity proofs. They were all identified personally by the learned counsel appearing for them. All of them agreed that out of their own free will and volition, they have entered into the compromise.

Hence, I.A.No.1 of 2019 is ordered and the appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise. The terms of compromise shall form part and parcel of the order.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
