THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.23883 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition & Excise(A.P.). When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that, for redressal of their grievance, the petitioners herein submitted a representation on 14.07.2017 to the respondents but no action has been taken on the said representation so far. Learned counsel would request that the first respondent herein may be directed to take appropriate action on the said representation in accordance with law. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the said representation would be verified and appropriate action would be taken in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Writ Petition, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the third respondent to verify the representation dated 14.07.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein, and pass appropriate orders, after giving notice to all the stakeholders, as expeditiously as possible,

preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
