THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.6080 OF 2017 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in Writ Petition No.21199 of 2015, dated 10.07.2015. A copy of the said order is also placed on record along with the material papers. Paragraph 2 of the said order reads as under: "Since a recommendation is made by the Mandal Parishad Development Officer, after conducting an enquiry, into the eligibility of the persons and the said recommendation is stated to be pending before Project Director, DRDA, Srikakulam, the writ petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on merits, directing the Project Director, DRDA, Srikakulam, Srikakulam District, to consider the said report and if the petitioners are found to be eligible for suitable pension, to take further course of action for sanction and release of the pension, payable to them. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs."

Following the above said order and for the reasons stated therein, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. Office to enclose the copy of order, dated 10.07.2015, passed in W.P.No.21199 of 2015 along with this order.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
