THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.45320 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard Sri S.Sreeinivasa Sarma for petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for General Administration for 1st respondent and Smt G.Neeraja Reddy for 2nd respondent.

The petitioner complains unauthorized locking of toilet block entrusted to it for maintenance and management. The petitioner places strong reliance upon Ex.P-2 to show that the block in its possession is unauthorizedly locked and it is prevented from extending the services. Learned Standing Counsel places on record a few photographs given by 2nd respondent to show that in fact as on this moment, the toilet block is not locked and the 2nd respondent will not lock or prevent the petitioner from undertaking management or maintenance of toilet block expect in accordance with law.
