There was no representation for the appellant on the earlier four occasions i.e., on 24.04.2018, 12.10.2018, 25.10.2018 and 05.11.2018.

Today also, despite the matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation. From this, it appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
