CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.35612 of 2015 Dt: 05.07.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue a Writ, Direction or Order, more in the nature of the Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to and in connection with the Order of the District Consumer Redresal Forum-III, Hyderabad, in CC.No.279 of 2012, dated 07-04-2015, and quash the same as illegal, violation of the principles of natural justice and vitiated by material irregularity in exercise of jurisdiction vested in it."

At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitionerfirm. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing its cause in the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed for nonprosecution.
