THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2477 OF 2015 ORDER:

The Court is informed by learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition that on depositing the amount as required, notification under the new Land Acquisition Act was issued on 08.08.2017 and appropriate steps would be taken in furtherance to the said notification.

Having regard to the same, the Contempt Case is closed leaving it open to the petitioners to work out their remedies in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous Applications, if any, filed in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
