THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 16163 OF 2016 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent No.2 in calling the petitioner to police station, Keshampet, Mahabubnagar District, detaining him for hours together and directing him to settle the dispute with respondent Nos.4 and 5 by forcibly obtaining his signature on blank papers, and also threatening that he will implicate him in false case of cheating.

This Court on 12.05.2016, while admitting the writ petition granted interim order directing the respondent police authorities not to interfere with the petitioner's civil disputes or pressurise settlement thereof.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that as on 17-05-2016, no crime is registered against the petitioner. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order dt.12.05.2016. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
