The present Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the Memo bearing No.561-2/E/2017, dated 0408-2017 of the 4th Respondent and also the proceedings No.223/ICDS/Armoor, dated 12-09-2017 of the 5th Respondent, wherein the petitioner's services as Anganwadi Teacher were terminated. 2.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services produced note file showing that the enquiry officer has conducted enquiry. 3.
A perusal of the impugned order does not indicate that any notice was issued to the petitioner except referring to note file and some remarks of the officers, as such, the impugned order is in violation of principles of natural justice and more so, the order is passed on the instructions of the District Collector.

In view of the same, the impugned order is set aside on the ground of violation of principles of natural justice. However, it is open for the competent authority to take action against the petitioner in accordance with the Rules.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed to the extent indicated above.
